svn提交代码报错Server SSL certificate verification failed

使用IntelliJ IDEA 2019.3.1开发工具中的svn提交代码报错：

Problems while loading file history: svn: E170013: Unable to connect to a repository at URL 'https://192.168.0.204/svn/project/xxx项目'
            svn: E230001: Server SSL certificate verification failed: certificate issued for a different hostname, issuer is not trusted

第一步：删除C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\Subversion\auth文件夹
