vscode编辑器中的vue项目eslint配置使用

前言：分享记录eslint个人习惯配置~~~
①、使用编辑器：Visual Studio Code
②、前端框架：Vue
③、主要配置两个文件：项目根目录的.eslintrc.js + vscode的settings.json文件
