红黑树的c++ 实现

红黑树,这个算法导论上有算法流程的介绍,这里简单实现了一下。不同于avl树,红黑树黑色叶子节点还是很有用,在处理删除操作时,多了null的叶子节点,算法写起来顺很多,因为有可能删除了节点之后,调整是从黑色的叶子节点开始的。
