Oracle EBS R12 - 使用adadmin编译某个特定应用下的form时无法找到任何form文件

使用adadmin去编译某一个特定应用下的单个form，结果给了应用short name后，没有得到该应用下的form文件列表，而是返回如下信息:
 No Oracle Forms objects selected for generation.

如我们试图编译JG下的JGZZVACF.fmb，尽管我们可以在$AU_TOP下找到JGZZVACF.fmb文件，但是在adadmin里面输入JG选择应用后，不会列出任何form让我们选择编译。

Google发现这是因为我们没有安装这个应用的缘故。

那怎么才知道这个应该有没有被安装呢？可通过如下这段来自metalink的SQL[ID 443699.1]:

如果某个应用的status是INACTIVE的,我们可以如下路径来启用[ID 1133413.1]:
- Navigation:
"system administrator" responsibility >  License manager
or
log in  to OAM > Site Map (Administration) > License Manager
