Nginx反向代理根据参数代理不同的后端服务器

请求地址如下http://www.myproxy.com?proxy=http://www.baidu.com，代理服务器自动代理参数proxy中的域名站点内容

第三方ngx_http_substitutions_filter_module模块修改静态资源文件请求地址

备注：服务器报错no resolver defined to resolve ×××，解决办法：nginx的http段加上resolver 8.8.8.8;
