Linux下安装R语言及Rstudio的web版本

1.安装EPEL
EPEL (Extra Packages for Enterprise Linux)是基于Fedora的一个项目，为“红帽系”的操作系统提供额外的软件包，适用于RHEL、CentOS和Scientific Linux.安装一个叫”epel-release”的软件包，这个软件包会自动配置yum的软件仓库。

[root@localhost jhbigdata]# yum -y install epel-release

遇到yum lock,说明正在运行yum，故kill它后继续安装。
[root@localhost ]# ps
PID TTY TIME CMD
2253 pts/1 00:00:00 bash
2396 pts/1 00:00:02 yum
2399 pts/1 00:00:00 yum
2400 pts/1 00:00:00 ps
[root@localhost ]# kill -9 2396 2399

2.安装R
sudo是linux系统管理指令，是允许系统管理员让普通用户执行一些或者全部的root命令的一个工具，如halt，reboot，su等等。这样不仅减少了root用户的登录 和管理时间，同样也提高了安全性。sudo不是对shell的一个代替，它是面向每个命令的。

[root@localhost ]# sudo yum install R
