If there is some reason that sites wish to use RDF, they ought to include a XSL transformation of the document to RSS. Is that really so difficult? I was writing a Web service to gather an RSS feed from a client and return transformed HTML. When I ran into RDF, I was completely thrown. (Okay, maybe I live under a rock.) RDF is for machines; RSS is far more human-friendly. It's a pain to have to deal with it if you're not interested in its features.
