使用新版mysql驱动的改变

使用旧的连接方式存在的异常：

com.mysql.cj.core.exceptions.WrongArgumentException: Malformed database URL, failed to parse the connection string near ';characterEncoding=UTF-8'.

Loading class `com.mysql.jdbc.Driver'. This is deprecated. The new driver class is `com.mysql.cj.jdbc.Driver'. The driver is automatically registered via the SPI and manual loading of the driver class is generally unnecessary.

com.mysql.cj.core.exceptions.InvalidConnectionAttributeException: The server time zone value '�й���׼

1.mysql新版的驱动配置发生了改变：

jdbc.url=jdbc:mysql://127.0.0.1:3306/test?characterEncoding=utf8&useUnicode=true&useSSL=false&serverTimezone=UTC
jdbc.url=jdbc:mysql:///test?characterEncoding=utf8&useUnicode=true&useSSL=false&serverTimezone=UTC

新版驱动url默认地址为127.0.0.1:3306，所以访问本机mysql数据库地址可以用 /// 表示。

2. 新的驱动类位置有了变化
