在做hibernate和struts2的整合项目的时候
启动服务器时
报错：

严重: Exception starting filter struts2
Unable to load configuration. - [unknown location]
........................
Caused by: Unable to load configuration. - [unknown location]
........................
Caused by: The following packages participate in cycles: default - [unknown location]
.......................

错误原因：
其实解决问题的核心在于第二个caused by语句，
提示package中的default有问题，
后来发现struts.xml文件中package中的extends参数
本应该是“struts-default”却变成了“default”，
改成“struts-default”即可
