解决办法

1. 更换npm源为淘宝：
   npm config set registry https://registry.npm.taobao.org
   官方镜像：
   npm config set registry https://registry.npmjs.org
2. 检查是否更换成功：
   npm config get registry
3. 重新安装git，选择openssl为第二个版本，正常。
