Required Skills
Tech Skills
University graduate in Computer Science or equivalent, C/C++ or Java programming background.
Be familiar with script language such as Perl, shell. Be familiar with SNMP applications.
Experience in test methodology, FVT/SVT, Automation testing; RoboSuite is plus.
Prior experience with at least one of the following applications: MS IIS, WebSphere, WebLogic, Apache, SAP or MSCS is a must.
Prior experience with DB2, Oracle, Sybase or SQL Server are preferable.
MS Active Directory, Lotus Domino or MS Exchange server experience is plus.
Be familiar with at least one of the Unix (AIX, Solaris or HP-UX) and Linux system, Tru64 is plus.
Good troubleshooting and deep dive diagnostic skills are required.
Experience in Micromuse Netcool, ITM or ITCAM products is a plus.

Soft Skills
Able to work in tight schedule and independently.
Excellent command of both oral and written English.
A good team player with potential to be team lead.
Good communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities
IBM Tivoli Netcool/SSM provides real-time monitoring for systems, applications, and networks. Key technology in maintaining overall performance and availability of business and application services. Base on the Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) and implements the MIB-II, RMON and RMON2 network monitoring standards.

Netcool/SSM tester leader/tester
Involve in full development/testing cycle to deliver new release or fixpack on time with good quality
Develop functional and system test scenarios based on design documents and test plan
Develop database or J2EE test application to support testing
Execute functional and system test according to test scenario
Analysis test result to find and troubleshoot the defects.
Design and code review with development team
Design and develop automation test scripts
Well communicate with international team
 
Required
Bachelor's Degree
At least 3 years experience in C/C++ or Java programming background.
At least 3 years experience in script language such as Perl, shell.
At least 3 years experience in one of the following applications: MS IIS, WebSphere, WebLogic, Apache, SAP or MSCS is a must.
English: Fluent
