1，sqlplus 连接：
firstly you need to prepare the tns file under $oraclehome/Network/Admin/tnsnames.ora
tnsping SID; if it works fine, you can go ahead to do following steps.
in cmd input: sqlplus /nolog
and then input: conn username/password@SID
2, the difference betweeen procedure and function
A procedure contains two parts specification and the body. Procedure specification begins with CREATE and ends with procedure name or parameters list. Procedures that do not take parameters are written without a parenthesis. The body of the procedure starts after the keyword IS or AS and ends with keyword END.
They are all subprograme, function same as procedure, but it has return value.
