install python, django, eclipse pydev plugin in windows

下面只写与mac不同的步骤

install python: 

下载python msi file，and then double click to install it.

安装完之后，在DOS窗口，然后进入<python home> path，执行下列命令来check是否安装成功

> python --version

> python

>>>print("hello")

>>>exit()

你可以把<python home>加入到path里。

install django:

* 下载django tar.gz file and then extract it

* 把<python home>加入到path里

* 在DOS窗口进入django解压目录，执行命令：

>python setup.py install

就会把django安装到<python home>/Lib/site-packages目录下
