springboot web项目后台访问404错误排查

1、问题描述

使用eclipse 搭建的web项目，启动后index.jsp能正常访问，但后台不能访问出现404.

网上找了一堆解决方法都不行，头痛了好久，最后用intelij IDEA来创建web项目一分钟成功，会自动生成POM.xml不用去配置依赖，会自动生成一个servletInitallizer.java文件。

eclipse用springboot比较困难，还是intelij IDEA比较强大，适合新手。

1、启动路径检查，application,要放根目录，启动后扫描下级包的文件

2、pom.xml检查
