Cannot resolve Build.VERSION_CODES.Q with build tools 29 in Android Studio 找不到符号

do a global search on compileSdkVersion to ensure you don't have an older one somewhere in your project. I found a couple set to 29 in library modules I was using; setting them to 30 solved the problem. 

在CompileSDK版本上进行全局搜索，以确保项目中没有旧版本。我在我使用的库模块中发现了一对设置为29的；将它们设置为30解决了问题。

我在编译android library遇到了这个bug，搜索后  (可以使用 Ctrl +shift+f)发现app中compileSdkVersion低于29，看来是app的compileSdkVersion会影响app依赖的库
