SSLError [SSL: WRONG_VERSION_NUMBER]

公司开发环境配置时遇到问题：

Retrying (Retry(total=4, connect=None, read=None, redirect=None, status=None)) after connection broken by 'SSLError(SSLError(1, '[SSL: WRONG_VERSION_NUMBER] wrong version number (_ssl.c:1056)'))':

通过stackflow的方法搞定问题；

Use:

HTTPS_PROXY="http://username:password@proxy.example.com:8080"
https_proxy="http://username:password@proxy.example.com:8080"

Do not use:

HTTPS_PROXY="https://username:password@proxy.example.com:8080"
https_proxy="https://username:password@proxy.example.com:8080"
