node-sass插件的安装

修改vue项目的package.json文件，或者做了其它操作，经常会导致整个项目无法运行，这时候，需要安装node-sass插件。
安装node-sass插件，常见有2种情况。
Node Sass could not find a binding for your current environment: Windows 64-bit with Node.js 11.x

Found bindings for the following environments:

• Windows 64-bit with Node.js 11.x

This usually happens because your environment has changed since running npm install.
Run npm rebuild node-sass to download the binding for your current environment.

解决方法：
npm rebuild node-sass （这个命令提示超时报错，执行以下2个命令）
npm uninstall -s node-sass
npm install -s node-sass （这个命令安装失败，解决方法：cmd窗口执行cnpm install node-sass）

Module build failed: Error: Cannot find module ‘node-sass’

解决方法：
cmd窗口执行cnpm install node-sass
