英语必备词汇

1.各种“打开”

turn it on: 打开转动的按钮，或者打开灯等
switch it on: 用开关打开，打开一些电器设备，使其开始工作
open it up: 把封起来的或合起来的东西打开或揭开，强调从紧闭的状态向开放状态的移动
twist it open: 把它拧开，如拧开瓶盖

2.出去吃饭

eat out.
dine out.

要求某人与自己一起吃午饭：
Hey, let’s do lunch together.
Hey, let’s have lunch.

3.各种“盖子”

cap：比较小的盖口，如塑料瓶盖、笔盖
lid：大一些的盖口，如容器的盖子，塑料盒盖、锅盖

打开盖子：
open the lid. 打开容器的盖子
take off the lid. 打开锅盖

关上盖子：
put the lid on.
put the cap on.
cover the wok. 盖上锅盖

4.穿衣服动词

put on: 穿上
throw on：快速穿上
tuck in： 塞进
button up：系上纽扣
roll up：卷起
zip up：拉上拉链

5.各种杯子

红酒杯：wine glass
鸡尾酒杯：cocktail glass
马克杯：mug
塑料杯：plastic cup
啤酒杯：beer mug
