Hint: To automatically insert Change-Id, install the hook:
  gitdir=$(git rev-parse --git-dir); scp -p -P 29418 10257774@gerrit.zte.com.cn:hooks/commit-msg ${gitdir}/hooks/
And then amend the commit:
  git commit --amend

分析：

上述问题主要是缺失 change id引起的，可以按提示方式解决：

gitdir=$(git rev-parse --git-dir); scp -p -P 29418 10257774@gerrit.zte.com.cn:hooks/commit-msg ${gitdir}/hooks/

git commit --amend 

打开文件后，直接保存退出即可。：wq
