(after installing vissible, log out and login. Text Entry Settings==> add Chinese(vissible)  )

the following is procedure to install the powerful vlc player:(I choose to install from deb packages, but you have the choice to enter sudo apt-get install vlc, even if it never works for me)

pityfully, when I finish installation, about 500 packages break up.When I replace gcc-4.8-base:amd64 on system is 4.8.1-10ubuntu9 with gcc-4.8-base (= 4.8.1-10ubuntu8), broken packages become less.

and,when libgcc1:amd64 (1:4.8.1-10ubuntu8) replace subfix 9, the synaptic seems to resolve depencies successfully.And broken packages become 9.

libc6-dev_2.17-93ubuntu4_amd64.deb===>broken=8
I wonder whether there is conflic with suffix 0ubuntu18.1, as when I reinstall the following packages, problem disappears:
