LeetCode-520. Detect Capital

问题：
Given a word, you need to judge whether the usage of capitals in it is right or not.
We define the usage of capitals in a word to be right when one of the following cases holds:
All letters in this word are capitals, like “USA”.
All letters in this word are not capitals, like “leetcode”.
Only the first letter in this word is capital if it has more than one letter, like “Google”.
判断一个字符串大小写是否正确。正确的标准是：全是小写或者全是大写或者首字母大写剩下小写。
Otherwise, we define that this word doesn’t use capitals in a right way.
Example 1:Input: “USA” Output: True
Example 2:Input: “FlaG” Output: False
分析： 判断word[0]。如果word[0]是小写，需要后面全是小写。如果word[0]是大写，word[1]是小写，需要后面的全是小写。如果word[0]是大写，word[1]是大写，需要后面的全是大写。
