1 将解压后的Smarty放到www目录下
2 在Smarty文件夹一个文件夹MySmarty然后再MySmarty中创建三个文件夹 文件夹的名字为 cache , templates,templates_c
3 创建三个文件 index.php , smarty.php , index.html;
三个文件的内容为：

//缓存文件夹

$smarty->right_delimiter="}";
