要求：利用单例模式实现网站计数器功能，要求绘制类图并编程实现。

提示：每单击一次浏览器页面，页面的访问人数就加1，需对同一变量进行累加人数，那么可利用单例模式来获取唯一的实例，由该实例执行每单击一次页面人数就加1的操作。可采用MVC分层结构实现，比如在JSP页面中设置一个超链接，单击该链接，转向Servlet，由Servlet调用业务层所提供的唯一实例，再由该实例执行加1操作，最后将执行结果从后台传值到前台JSP页面显示。
