7. Reverse Integer

问题描述

Given a 32-bit signed integer, reverse digits of an integer.

Example 1:

Input: 123
Output: 321

Example 2:

Input: -123
Output: -321

Example 3:

Input: 120
Output: 21

Note:
Assume we are dealing with an environment which could only store integers within the 32-bit signed integer range: [−231,  231 − 1]. For the purpose of this problem, assume that your function returns 0 when the reversed integer overflows.

解题思路：

刚开始的想法比较简单，每次和10取余，然后在加到结果的数里面，之前的那个数每次除等10就wans，但是在debug中发现了如下问题，

      1、输入的数小于那个数，但是输出的数大于也要返回0

      2、在每一次除等的时候一定要进行intval，原因在于  除等操作，PHP返回的是float类型，那么下次循环的操作里面的取余就是对于float类型操作，而不是对于 int类型操作
