安装Libevent 1.4.15的痛苦经历

问题

./configure: not command

事先确保安装了 sudo apt-get install libtool¹

先执行在源文件目录下先执行autogen.sh

user@ubuntu:~/libevent-release-1.4.15-stable$ ./autogen.sh

… …

再根据README文件提示，执行以下命令

./configure
make
make install

No Python installed²

• 执行make命令时, 弹出报错:

  No Python installed
  ... ...
  regress.c:65:10: fatal error: regress.gen.h: No such file or directory
  

• 解决:
  安装 sudo apt-get install python-dev
