xampp中向mysql数据库插入中文都变成了问号

在用navcat导入excel数据到mysql的时候，发现中文数据变问号了。这里记录下如何解决。

第一：设置my.ini的编码，有四个地方

查看编码

xampp进入mysql命令行窗口，输入show variables like '%char%';

第二：重启msyql

第三：新建数据库，如图选择编码格式

第四：新建表，也需要设置字段编码

插入数据，中文正常显示，OK
