说明：上面连接了两个数据库，第二个数据库的数据库名是checkPower,用户名是intrawebnew，口令是intrawebnew，连接为Normal
对于上面的数据库名是checkPower原因是PL/SQL Developer软件中安装的路径中D:\Program Files (x86)\PLSQL\instantclient_11_2
文件tnsnames中配置了：

    )

所以这里的url="jdbc:oracle:thin:@10.23.13.15:1521:DBDEV01"就相当于对应了PL/SQL Developer软件中的checkPower
