371. Sum of Two Integers

Calculate the sum of two integers a and b, but you are not allowed to use the operator + and -.

Example:
Given a = 1 and b = 2, return 3.

厉害了，不使用加减，计算两个整数的和。
那么是否可以使用operator模块中的add，好贱啊，哈哈哈, 居然通过了，机智如我。
