Error Message:

The binding status was "DT_NTEXT". The data flow column type is "DBBINDSTATUS_UNSUPPORTEDCONVERSION". The conversion from the OLE DB type of "DBTYPE_IUNKNOWN" to the destination column type of "DBTYPE_WSTR" might not be supported by this provider.

发生的原因是由于source列（DT_NTEXT）的长度大于destination的列长。

解决方法：

1.对source列的长度进行限制以适应destination列的长度

2.使用Data Conversion对数据类型转化（ DT_NTEXT -> DT_WSTR）
