     Here is a picture you may already know or familiar. 

   

     Step1 :At the first begin of a new day or at night before next day, you can gather what kinds of thing you need to do. Find a box, put all the things you want to do ,that is your plan, you want to do something, put into the box you find it .

     Step2: list . what is that mean, for example, you already gather  10 things you need to do this time, I do believe  that you want to do some first ,some is very important or some is not so important or some is really urgent.so you can list it ,which one you want to  do it at first.

 

    Step3 : follow your plan and take action. If you do want to real succeed and make you are proud of yourself everysingle day, I maintain that this step is the most Important. There is a words saying goes:” action speaking loud than words!“; take the action and persistence it , you will make a totally difference in the whole world.

       Put all these three things inside the cup, you have to put sand,stone and water all into the cup as more as you can to try very good use of the cup. Which one you will put in first.

      I will tell you the wise people will put the stone first ,then the sand and the last is water; think about it ,if you put water first ,you do can’t put any stone or sand into the cup anymore; if you put sand first, yes, you can put in water, but how could put In the stone. So the best way is to put stone first then sand will inside the hole of the stone, then water, this is the best way to use the cup as more as possible. As the same, you have things need to do like stone, sand or water during your everydays daily life, the time is limit only 24 hours each day, so how could  you balance your life and how to make good use of it ,that is art like we put three material things into the cup.


    Now ,you got it this is  kind of story show us: If you want to make good use of you time ,working for yourself and make progress everysingle day, you gonna learn how to use your time and how to list you work ,which one you gonna make it first  and which one you could finish it late.
