要点1:

修改 /etc/apt/source.list 添加如下内容

deb http://deb.debian.org/debian/ buster main contrib non-free
deb http://deb.debian.org/debian/ buster-updates main contrib non-free
deb http://security.debian.org/debian-security buster/updates main contrib non-free

要点2:

gnupg要指定版本：

apt update
apt install dirmngr
apt install gnupg=2.2.12-1+deb10u1 gpgv=2.2.12-1+deb10u1

然后再按照omv-extra的官方 wiki.omv-extras.org的方法：
