Android 极光推送使用

1、极光推送文档：http://docs.jiguang.cn/jpush/client/Android/android_guide/

2、注册账号：https://www.jiguang.cn/accounts/register/form

3、如果已经有账号，登录账号：https://www.jiguang.cn/accounts/login/form

4、创建应用。填写应用名和包名即可。

5、添加

6、配置 AndroidManifest.xml

添加权限：

v2.0.5 ~ v2.1.7 版本有引入 gson 和 protobuf ，增加排除混淆的配置。(2.1.8版本不需配置)
