项目中并没有引用25.3.1但是报错，因为引入的第三方包的问题，于是就下载了api25（android 7.1.1）的sdk,一直下不下来。于是换了一种方式：
在build.gradle之中加入这个就好了，是在项目的外层gradle中加的。

ps:我后面看的时候发现25的sdk也下载下来了，我也不确定是用的哪一种了，两种方式都试一下吧。
