MySQL报错：The server time zone value ‘EDT’ is unrecognized or represents more than one time zone.

Caused by: java.sql.SQLException: The server time zone value 'EDT' is unrecognized or represents more than one time zone. You must configure either the server or JDBC driver (via the serverTimezone configuration property) to use a more specifc time zone value if you want to utilize time zone support.

解决：
（1）使用 server mysql start命令启动mysql
（2）在mysql中执行show variables like ‘%time_zone%’;
若初始化和启动值不一样则会在错误日志中有如下提示：
[ERROR] [MY-011087] [Server] Different lower_case_table_names settings for server (‘1’) and data dictionary (‘0’).
[ERROR] [MY-011087] [Server] Different lower_case_table_names settings for server (‘0’) and data dictionary (‘1’).

解决：
修改lower_case_table_names值
