[Surface SDK]ScatterViewItem Center改变 事件

需求：在ScatterViewItem移动时让用户实时知道他的位置（即Center 属性）

本来打算用DispatcherTimer来实时监听，不过个人感觉心里不踏实。。。 强迫症？

后来一个一个事件测试过来，测了很多都打不到效果。。

查了MSDN后 看到了几个重要的事件：

	ContainerManipulationCompleted	Occurs when all input capture is lost on the container of a ScatterContentControlBase control.
	ContainerManipulationDelta	Occurs when input that is captured to a ScatterContentControlBase control is recognized as a known manipulation.
	ContainerManipulationStarted	Occurs when a ScatterContentControlBase control receives input capture and is ready for manipulations to begin.

哎呀 之前一直在测试ManipulationDelta 竟然没试ContainerManipulationDelta！！可恶的脑子！
