devpi搭建缓存代理服务器

• 安装 devpi
  pip install -U devpi

• devpi quickstart：初始化

  $ devpi quickstart
  $ devpi-server --start
  $ devpi use http://localhost:3141
  $ devpi user -c testuser password=
  $ devpi login testuser --password=
  $ devpi index -c dev
  $ devpi use dev

• 显示版本
  $ devpi --version

• devpi install：安装一个包
  $ devpi install django

• 启动devpi-server
  $ devpi-server --host=0.0.0.0 --start

• 重启devpi-server
  $ devpi-server --host=0.0.0.0 --stop
$ devpi-server --host=0.0.0.0 --start

• 测试
  pip install -i http://localhost:3141/root/pypi/+simple

• 常用命令

  devpi-server --init
  devpi-server --start
  devpi-server --stop
  devpi-server --status
  devpi-server --log
