ANACONDA ImportError PYUIC(PyCharm external tool)

Problem

xx\python.exe -m PyQt5.uic.pyuic a.ui -o a.py
Traceback (most recent call last):
from PyQt5 import QtCore
ImportError: DLL load failed: The specified module could not be found.<

Reason

• Not python3.dll missing problem¹,
• Don’t have pyqt5 but pyqt within anaconda²,
• Can not use the python outside the anaconda environment (e.g. Pycharm external tool)³, so error occured when using command xx\python.exe -m PyQt5.uic.pyuic a.ui -o a.py
  via PyCharm external tool.

How to

console cmd.exe could be used, activating anaconda environment and convert .ui to .py

conda activate env-name
python -m PyQt5.uic.pyuic xx/a.ui -o xx/a.py
