shortcut of printing symbols in unicode on linux

1st, press ctrl and hold it;

2nd, press shift and hold it;

3rd, press u and release it at once;

4th, release shift key;

5th, enter the  unicode (hexadecimal, ex: 00a3)  of the symbol you prefer to print out;

6th, press enter key (optional);

7th, release ctrl key;
