Android11 mtk 第二次设置壁纸，锁屏壁纸不变的问题

1、情景：近日测试人员发现第一次更换壁纸后，主屏幕壁纸和锁屏壁纸均会改变；但第二次更换壁纸后，主屏幕壁纸会改变而锁屏壁纸不会改变。
