android Studio 出现：Unable to resolve dependency for ':app@debug/compileClasspath'

新安装了一个旧版本的Android studio ，创建工程的时候出现这个问题。

一连串的Error:Unable to resolve dependency for...open file Show Details

于是查资料，网上的解决办法就是在gradle.properties 文件注释掉prox使用即可
