EchoService中主要有以下功能：1：创建服务时给出提示并启动计时器。

2：停止服务，停止计时器。

3：开始计时器和停止计时器。

4：获取服务实例。

主布局中有如下：注册并监听五个按钮，分别是启动服务、停止服务、绑定服务、解除绑定服务、获取当前运行时间；

启动服务给出相关提示，并且会启动计时器的线程。绑定服务后，会给出当前运行的时间。停止服务后停止计时器。
