Purpose:
When you upload a colour graphic into transaction SE78 and include it in your form, the background of the image appears grey or shaded. Usually this is not noticeable on the screen, but is noticeable on the printout.
Overview:
This issue can occur when you use a true colour graphic with more than 256 colours. During upload of the graphic SAP converts the graphic to 256 colours, but during this conversion some colour information can be lost. This can result in the colour white being converted to a grey shade or other pale colour.
Procedure:
Convert the graphic to a 256 colour graphic with a graphics program before uploading it into SAP. Uploading a graphic that is already 256 colours is the only way to guarantee the correct result in the printout.
use graphic tools to change the fomat of picture and change 256 bit
