The government wants to improve the education of high school, and there are two plans:

1. Choose a group of good teachers and train them first, and after that let them go back to their schools and train other teachers.

2. Provide training for every teacher online, with providing online materials and let them study individually.

The issue of how to improve high school education has been attached much concern to. Improving teacher’s teaching quality has been advocated as a feasible approach, yet people could not reach a consensus on the proper way of teacher training. I believe that providing training materials for every teacher online and letting them study individually is an effective way to improve teachers’ overall quality in the most economical way.
