Admittedly, some people argue that more vacation gives them better chance to balance they work and life. On the contrary, challenging that stimulates my potential to learn more knowledge at a relative short time and interest that plays an important role for my constant improvement seem more appealing to me.
Firstly, challenging in work stimulates people's potential abilities to be the best. Contrary to a cozy environment surrounded by people who do not have a very clear scheme about their future and lack of enthusiasm, challenges in works urge people to communicate with different team members looking for better solutions and feasible ways to start a thick project. Additionally, challenges in life do give people a better chance to enjoy the life. Take Helen Keller for example, had she just enjoyed the comfortable life with her wealth family, she would probably lose the chance to learn the numerous works that contains fascinating topics. It is just the challenging learning experience without the ability to say or hear that let her to gain confidence in herself and encourage others to pursue happiness despite the hardship. So, challenging work can benefits people with more splendid experience.
Secondly, passion in work plays an indispensable part in people's achievements in future. Effects made in uninterested works may finally be proved to be in vain as these works constantly cannot make the workers devote or focus. As a result, lacking of motivation for better improvement and losing the opportunities for advance promotion. On the other hand, an engaged work can leads to a better future. Had Charles Darwin accepted other jobs in town that might not some interested to him, he would lose the invaluable chances establishing insightful evolution theories. It was just because the interest in biology that kept him carefully noting of his observations and theoretic speculations despite suffering badly from seasickness. All in all, interest work are more likely to facilitate people's success.
Thirdly, competitive and interesting work lead to better satisfaction. Frankly, more vacation time do benefits people who need a relax. However, for those who have longer holiday may be impeded for have totally pleasure with the fact their budget always nervous themselves. It is reasonable that more challenging work often related with better salary. Or they may just feel that their free time is always not enough thinking about they have to dealing with the things that they reluctant to do. On the other hand, others may be so absorb in the work they like that they feel that everyday is like a holiday dealing the most amazing things. These feeling would reinforce the fulfillment and satisfaction in their work or even personal life.
In conclusion, it is better for a person to devote in an suitable job that fascinate him, even though it may be proved to be challenging and less free work, however, the interest would finally affects his overall performance which would lead to prospect future.
