ROS2D显示激光雷达点

2.ros端需下载并启动 tf2_web_republisher

<distro>指ros发行版本

$ sudo apt-get install ros-<distro>-tf2-web-republisher 
$ rosrun tf2_web_republisher tf2_web_republisher
