解决办法

下载sigar-1.6.2.zip工具包，拷贝文件sigar-1.6.2.zip\hyperic-sigar-1.6.2\sigar-bin\lib\sigar-x86-winnt.dll到JDK目录jdk-6u45\bin下

就解决了
