自定义注解，接收单个参数的post请求

因业务场景需要，有时需要区分get和post请求
比如删除，尽量用post请求（公司规范为只使用get和post请求）
常用的删除：@Getmapping 后面加@PathVariable

定义的注解名为：@FewPostParam

打包到依赖，就可以使用了
