mindmanager的mmap转换为freemind的mm文件

解压test.mmap到目录下（mmap文件是压缩格式的，因此可以解压提取），然后使用如下工具转换解压缩目录里的Document.xml

xsltproc.exe -o test.mm mm2fm.xslt Document.xml

生成的test.mm 就是目标freemind格式的mm文件
