java实现http post通讯 并进行urlencode，编码方式utf-8

一、通讯实现

二、发起通讯

 String result = HttpClientUtil.doPost("http://127.0.0.1/api?", paramMap);

返回的result为json串

三、其中用到的HttpClients,添加jar包引用
