在Windows上通过NDK编译CURL

如果不想编译的，可在这里下载，下载内容包含so和需要的头文件
因为Windows不能像Linux那样执行configure命令，所以需要手动新建一个curl_config.h文件，该文件需要放入源码目录的lib文件夹下，具体内容如下：
